Request for the Certified Driver's Licence History (DLH)

If you complete the Beginner Driver Education Program - 30 Hours Online and a Minimum of 10 Driving Lessons - our Driving School will certify you online through the Ministry of Transportation System. When our Driving School confirms by e-mail or call that you are certified, you must contact any Service Ontario Location in Ontario to get the Proof of the BDE Course Program Completion.

You can receive the Proof of Your Beginner Driver Education Course Completion - Certified Driver's License History Record in two ways.
- The First Option:
Walk into any Service Ontario Location, show your ID, and request a Certified Driver's Licence History Record (DLH). This document will be issued right away. There is a $18 fee that Service Ontario charges to print it.
- The Second Option:

Please Note:
- The Driver’s Licence History (DLH) search can only be requested by the licence holder, as it contains personal information.
- BDE graduates with Driver's License History (Insurance Certificate) may be eligible for an auto Insurance discount. You are advised to notify your insurance company of the driving course completion by providing your insurance company with a Certified Driver's Licence History (DLH) which is proof of successful BDE course completion. Your driver’s licence history will shows that you completed the Ontario Driver Educational Course and is often requested by insurance companies to prove that the course was completed.
- Before you contact the Service Ontario Location In-Person or Online, please check with our Driving School if you are Certified. If everything is OK, Globe Driving Academy will send you a BDE Course Certificate Confirmation e-mail. You may lose an $18 Fee if your file is not updated in the system for any reason.
